I love chocolate but I think fruit-based desserts make more sense after a heavy meal. This mango mousse is lovely, thank you for foregoing the use of gelatin, I hate the texture that gelatin imparts and the italian meringue is way tastier with it. Great idea to include condensed milk with the chantilly, all in all a great dessert!
